Aaron Anthony Chavez was called into the Lord's arms on Monday, May 8, 2023 at the age of 20 yrs. Aaron was born in San Antonio, Texas on May 1, 2003 to Albert and Martha Chavez. Aaron was a 2021 graduate of Taft High School and attended Northwest Vista College as a business major. Aaron was a budding entrepreneur with an interest in owning his own business, so he could be his own boss. He was an avid sports fan - he loved to participate in and watch almost every sport, but football, boxing, and MMA fights were his favorite to attend. Above all, Aaron was an outstanding young man with a loving heart. He may have been only 20 years old, but he left a lasting legacy that will span a lifetime.  Aaron is reunited in Heaven with his fur baby Muffin. He is survived by and will be missed dearly by his parents Albert and Martha Chavez; siblings Elijah Martinez and Zachary Martinez; nephews Austin Martinez and Adonis Martinez; Maternal Grandparents Jesus and Yolanda Cruz; Paternal Grandparents Abraham Jr. and Mary Esther Chavez; loving Aunts Monica Ann Chavez, April Maria Chavez, Maria Castoreno and family, Patricia Ibarra and family, Janie Battaglia and family; Uncle Joe Cruz and family, Uncle Jesse Cruz and family; numerous cousins, extended family, and manyfriends.

Visitation will take place at Castillo Funeral Home on Friday, May 19, 2023, from 4:00pm until 8:00pm, and on Saturday, May 20, 2023, from 2:00pm until 5:00pm. A Prayer Service will take place at 3:00pm on Saturday, May 20, 2023. Services to conclude Saturday afternoon.
