Abel O. Garcia, age 77, of San Antonio, Texas was called home by our
Heavenly Father on October 13, 2022. He is survived by his loving wife of
33 years of marriage, Estella Garcia and beloved by his step-children
Pedro, Sydel, Vince, Shantel (Cyril), along with his grandchildren and
survived by his children Yvonne, Sandra, and brother's Barnaldo (Delia),
Manual (Gloria), Jay and sister's Margarita (Che') and Monica. He was
surrounded by his loving family and friends the day the Lord called him
home.
He was a retired military veteran and served in the Army for three years and
then 27 years in the Air Force (Red Horse) and retired as Master Sergeant
after traveling the world. Abel retired from Kelly Air Force base after 28 years
of service.
Abel enjoyed dancing, traveling, casinos, and exploring new places to eat.
And he did all this with his loving wife, family and friends. He enjoyed
entertaining and socializing anytime throughout the year. No matter where
he was he always knew someone and had great stories to share. His
personality was of kindness, caring, compassion, and humorous. He will
be greatly missed by all that knew him and will forever be in our hea
