Adela T. Mendoza, 83, passed away peacefully on March 16,2024, a day before her birthday, March 17, 1940. She was born in Monterey NL, Mexico to parents Raul M. Torres and Francisca Venegas. She was the single girl in the family of five brothers, David, Oscar, Richard, Martin and Alfredo Torres (all deceased). Her husband " Eliseo" always claimed that he was the favorite son-in-law. Adela attended Rhodes middle school where they met. They married on January 26, 1964 and traveled to Dover Foxcroft, Maine where he was stationed in the US Air Force. She always planned vacations with the entire family including the grandchildren and great grandchildren. She excelled in the Bunco clubs that she belonged to for many years along with her special friend, who she relied on, Delia Garza.

Adela is preceded in death by her daughter, Edith M. Donato. Survived by her husband, Eliseo Mendoza Jr. and daughter, Patricia M. Reyes. Grandchildren: Francine (Vince) Stephanie(Bryan), Randy( Claudia), Raymond, Desiree and Erik. She adored her great grandchildren: Liam, Kimberly and Noah.
