Alberto Rocha Sr. born April 23, 1951 in San Antonio, TX . On June 14, 2023 @ the age of 72, the doors of Heaven were open for him to be in the presence of the Lord. He is preceded in death by his parents Juan Rocha Sr. & Julia Z. Rocha Sarabia & sister Aurora Badillo. He is survived by his loving wife of 55 yrs Gloria Rodriguez Rocha, sons, Alberto Rocha Jr and Mike Rocha, daughters, Rosemary Rocha Mermea (Alfred), Barbara Rocha Perez (Pedro) and Tracy Rocha Flores (Joshua), his brothers, Jesse, Joe, and Juan Rocha, sisters, Josefina Garza, Rosie Perez, Julia Medina, and Minga Garces , 14 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.

He was a hard working man whom always provided for his wife and children. His work and passion was  Heavy Equipment Mechanic. He enjoyed fixing vehicles and was very good at it, he was a Ford kinda man, he just loved his ford trucks. At the age of 58 he retired and his new hobby became telling stories of his job and his past to his family and friends and anyone whom would hear. He was a sarcastic funny man that always had jokes and don't get him started into politics..lol ..He left behind a lot of great memories and will greatly be missed.

The family will receive guests at Castillo Funeral Home on Sunday, June 25, 2023, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm for his Viewing and a Prayer Service will be conducted at 6:00 pm. We will be departing Funeral Home on Monday, June 26, 2023, @ 10:00am, for a 10:30am Graveside Service at San Fernando 3 Cemetery.
