Our "Muñeca", Alejandra Maria Oliva, was called home by our Heavenly Father on November 24, 2019, at the age of 62. She was born on June 8, 1957 in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico to Manuel and Alejandrina Gonzalez. Alejandra was outgoing, loved to get dressed up and go dancing, and she was always willing to help anyone in need. She was fiercely protective of her family and led by example. She was humble and courageous, always putting the needs of others before her own. She is reunited in Heaven with her Parents Manuel and Alejandrina Gonzalez, son Adrian Oliva, and grandson John Gabriel Alvarado. Alejandra's legacy will live on in the hearts of her loving husband of 44 years, Francisco J. Oliva; children Javier Oliva (Rebecca), Fernando M. Oliva (Gloria Elsa), Madeline Jackson, and Jonathan Oliva (Kristin); 6 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; siblings Vicente, Manuel, and Jesus "Chuy" Gonzalez, and numerous extended family and friends. Visitation will be at Castillo Mission Funeral Home on Thursday, December 5, 2019 from 4pm until 9pm with a Prayer Service at 630pm and a Rosary at 7pm. A funeral procession will depart at 9am on Friday, December 6, 2019 for a 10 am Funeral Mass at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Services to conclude after Mass.
