Alejandro Rangel, 79, died July 24th, 2020, in San Antonio Texas. He was welcome home to the arms of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Alejandro Rangel was born February 9th, 1941, in San Antonio Texas.
His interest included spending time working on his garden and doing different projects. He was a construction worker and could fix anything. He loved to go hunting, fishing and camping. He also loved to go bowling; he was on several bowling teams in his earlier days. He loved to cook outside using traditional grills and his big smoker.

Alejandro was preceded in death by his Mother and Father Victor and Martha Rangel; Daughter Tina Rangel; and sisters Juanita Leo and Lydia Garcia. He is survived by his children Thomas (Darlene) Rangel, Virginia Chaves, Victor Rangel, Thelma Rangel, Alex Rangel; Mother of his children Carmen Rangel; 23 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; Sisters Maria Luisa Fuentes, Lucia Martinez, Martha Vasquez, Maria Guajardo and Mary Aviles; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

A viewing will be held this Friday July 31st, 2020 at Castillo Mission Funeral Home in San Antonio Texas. Services will be held from 1pm to 4pm with Rosary starting at 3pm.

I would like to give a special thanks to Edward Haddox, My Mom Carmen Rangel and my sister Virginia Chaves for looking after Dad in his final days.
