Alejos Pablo
Escobar, Jr.
October 19, 1951 – January 27, 2020
Alejos Pablo Escobar Jr., was called home by the Lord on January 27, 2020, at the age of 68. He was born in Jourdanton, Texas, on October 19, 1951.
He was a proud Vietnam veteran, having served in the United States Navy from 1971 to 1975. He received the Meritorious Service Medal for combat operations in Vietnam. He was a member of his local VFW. A musician at heart, he self taught to play the violin, guitar, clarinet and accordian. He enjoyed playing pool and actually competed in pool leagues for years.
Welcoming Pablo in heaven are his granddaughter,Brianna Rose Escobar; mother, Rosa B. Escobar; father, Pablo Alejos Escobar; brothers, Luis, Robert and Juan Jose Escobar; and sister, Aurelia Antu. Pablo is loved and will be missed by his son, Paul Anthony Escobar; granddaughter, Emily Ann Escobar; sister, Guadaupe Escobar; nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
VISITATION
Visitation will be held at Castillo Mission Funeral Home from 4 p.m. until 9 p.m. on Friday, February 7, 2020, with an Evening Service at 7 p.m.
GRAVESIDE SERVICE
Family and friends are invited to meet for a Graveside Service, which will take place at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, February 10, 2020, at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery, 1520 Harry Wurzbach Rd, San Antonio, TX 78209. Services under the direction of Castillo Mission Funeral Home.
