Alfred E. Torres
September 27, 1943 - September 18, 2024

Alfred E. Torres, also known as "Fred",  was one of eight children  born to Guadalupe E. Torres and Bernaldo Torres  on Monday  September 27, 1943  in the city of San Antonio, Texas. In 1961 Alfred married the love of his life , Juanita Pequeno . Shortly after marriage they started a family and had four beautiful children together. Alfred  had a radiant energy that was felt in any room he walked into. His heart was pure, his smile was unforgettable, and he had a laugh that was contagious.

Alfred Torres was a hard working man and great provider for his family. If Alfred wasn't out working, he was making time for his family.  He enjoyed taking road trips, going on  ice cream dates with his  great Grandchildren, even the occasional  BBQ or get togethers with family and friends; but, once it was time to go it was "Time To Go".

On Wednesday September 18, 2024 Alfred E. Torres  was called to heaven  just ten days shy of his Birthday, He is Preceded in death by  his parents,  Bernaldo  and Guadalupe Torres; his brothers, Benny Torres , Francisco Torres, David Torres; His sister,  Guadalupe Amini; as well as his wife Juanita Torres and his son Alfred P. Torres  Jr. He will forever be remembered by his three Daughters Leticia Hernandez (Michael) , Jeanette Davis (William), and Brenda Ortiz (Anthony) ; His  Granddaughter Desiree  Davis (Jonathan) whom he considered his own and loved dearly, as well as thirteen additional Grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren. His sisters  Alicia Gallardo, Aurora Torres, and Maria (Margie) Bustamante.  Along with  a host of extended family members.
