Alfredo B. Trejo passed away peacefully on October 27, 2025, surrounded by the warmth and love of his family. He was 83 years old.

Alfredo was born on August 2, 1942, in San Antonio, Texas. He was preceded in death by his beloved mother, Sarah Bueno, and his father, Isidro Trejo.

Alfredo married his sweetheart, Janie M. Trejo, and together they shared 65 years of a beautiful and blessed love. He treasured every moment and the wonderful memories he created with his family.

A lifelong fan of the San Antonio Spurs and Dallas Cowboys, Alfredo found joy in cheering for his teams. He loved dancing, fishing, playing dominos, and challenging anyone brave enough to face him in a game of Chinese checkers.

Alfredo is loved and will be deeply missed by his devoted wife, Janie Trejo; his son, Alfredo Trejo Jr., and wife, Angela; his daughter, Patricia, and her husband, Jovey Massey. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Chris A. Arocha, Arlene Marie Arocha, Felisha A. Arocha, Alfred Hernandez, and Angelina Paloma Garcia.

He was blessed with the gift of great-grandchildren, Angelique A. Hernandez and husband, Jarir Hernandez; Nya Liliana Nunez; and Elora Roux Ponce. His joy continued with his great-great-grandchildren, Jeremiah A. Hernandez and Novah K. Hernandez.

Alfredo's life was filled with laughter, love, and devotion to family. He will forever live in our hearts.
