Alice R. Garcia

March 26, 1935-March 5, 2025

It is with heavy heart that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Alice Garcia, who left this world and went to be with the Lord on March 5, 2025. Our Mother was the heart of our family, our strength, our guidance and the greatest source of love. Her presence will be deeply missed.

Born to Otila Cruz and Luis Reyes on March 26, 1935, entered eternal rest at the age of 89 years old. She was preceded in death by her Parents Otila Cruz (mother), Luis Reyes (Father), Martin Reyes (brother), Pedro Reyes (brother) and Manuel DeLeon Jr. (Son). She is survived by her 7 children, Rosemary Reyes (Robert), Isabel Medina (Jessie), Roland Deleon Sr, Janet Sierra (Robert), Deborah Sanchez (Refugio), Carol Cruz (Valentin), Sylvia Guevara (Roy) and Roland DeLeon Jr. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is also survived by her two sisters Dolores De La Cruz and Maria Cantu.

Visitation will begin Wednesday March 19, 2025, from 4:00pm-8:00pm at Castillo Funeral Home with a rosary to begin at 6:00pm. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Thursday March 20, 2025, at 10:00am at San Juan de Los Lagos at 3231 El Paso St. with departing in procession from the funeral home at 9:30am. Following burial at San Fernando Cemetery #3 at 1735 Cupples Rd.

Though she is no longer with us in person, her love remains in our hearts forever.
