Alicia Ruiz De Cisneros born November 2, 1954 in Mexico, to Jose and Josefina Ruiz, was called home to be with the Lord on August 16, 2020 at the blessed age of 65. She is reunited in heaven with her husband Tomas G. Cisneros and parents. She is loved and will be greatly missed by her children Graciela Cisneros, Jose Cisneros, Maria Angelica Cisneros, Ricardo Cisneros (Raquel), Tomas Cisneros, Jr., John Michael Cisneros; 22 grandchildren and extended family members. Heaven has gained a treasured soul. She will live forever in the hearts of her family and friends.
