With heavy hearts and deep faith, we announce the passing of Alma Moreno, who was called home on January 29, 2026. Though our hearts ache in her absence, we find comfort in knowing she now rests in God's eternal embrace, free from pain and surrounded by everlasting peace.

Alma was a woman of love, warmth, and joy. She had a beautiful spirit that shined through her laughter, her dancing, and the way she lived life fully. She found happiness in music, sharing meals, long road trips, and especially in precious moments spent with her grandchildren, who were the light of her life.

She leaves behind her beloved children: Michaela, Adriana, Michelle, Phillip, and Erica, each carrying a piece of her heart and her strength. Alma was a proud and devoted grandmother to her nine grandchildren—Christian, Aiden, AJ, Christa, Julian, Aubree, Jaiven, Ellie, and Ari—whom she loved beyond measure. Her love for them was unconditional, joyful, and deeply rooted.

Alma is also survived by her loving parents, Jesse Diaz and Mary Moreno. She is now reunited in heaven with those who went before her: her sister Jessica Hernandez, her grandmother Maria Elena Mascorro, her cousin Rosemary Mascorro, and her aunt Ernestina Aguilar—a joyful reunion filled with love.

Though Alma's physical presence is no longer with us, her spirit lives on—in the music she loved, the memories she created, the joy she spread, and the countless lives she touched. We trust that God has welcomed her with open arms and granted her eternal rest.
