Amanda Diane
Bruton
August 4, 1985 – April 4, 2025
Amanda Diane Bruton was welcomed into the arms of her Lord and Savior on April 5, 2025, at the age of 39. Though her time on this earth was
brief, Amanda's legacy of love, faith, and kindness will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. Born on August 4, 1985, Amanda was a shining light from the very beginning.
She is survived by her loving parents, Graciela and David Bruton, and her cherished sister, Roseanna Bruton. Amanda also leaves behind her sisters Laura Cervantes, Gabriella Cervantes, Meriah Escobar, Abigail Cervantes, Angie Cervantes, Patricia Shoemake, and Veronica Castillo; and her brothers Aaron Escobar, Jorge Escobar, Robert Nunez, Fares Khalaf, Rudy Khalaf, and Shaheed Khalaf. She was deeply loved by a host of cousins and countless friends who were touched by her warmth and unwavering spirit.
Amanda was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Elias G. Cervantes and Maria De Rosario Cervantes; her paternal grandparents, Annie and Ralph Wilson, and AC Bruton; and her uncles Esteban Diaz, David Torres, Sarhan Khalaf, Johnny Burson, Joe Burson, and Ricky Bruton. Amanda had a remarkable gift for making others feel seen, known, and loved. Wherever she went, she made friends with ease and never missed an opportunity to share the love of Jesus. Her faith wasn't just something she carried quietly—it radiated from her in every conversation, every smile, and every act of compassion. Even in the midst of her own struggles, Amanda always took time to check on others, often
putting their needs before her own. She had a way of bringing comfort, peace, and joy to those around her, even when she was walking through the valleys of life.
Amanda's life was a beautiful testament to resilience, grace, and faith. She faced many trials, but she never let them shake her belief in God's goodness or her love for His people. Her heart was full of compassion, and she was known for offering a listening ear, an encouraging word, or a prayer just when someone needed it most. Though we grieve her absence, we find peace in knowing that Amanda is now walking the streets of gold, rejoicing in the presence of her Savior. We celebrate her life with gratitude—for the memories she gave
us, the love she shared, and the example of faith she lived every single day. Amanda Diane Bruton was a light in this world, and while that light now shines in heaven, its glow remains here on earth in all the lives she touched. "Well done, good and faithful servant… Enter into the joy of your Lord." – Matthew 25:23 Amanda, you are loved, missed, and forever celebrated.
