Amanda Nikole Vasquez departed this world to her heavenly home on October 5th, 2020. She was born January 8, 1990. She leaves behind her 2 greatest loves of her life: her beautiful sons Rene Zapata Vasquez, and Elijah Anthony Vasquez, Fiance Jonathan Leigh Manglona, and children whom she loved Jasiah Manglona, Jathan Manglona, and Jocelyn Manglona.
Amanda loved spending time with family and friends. She loved outdoor barbecues, and relaxing at the ranch in Bigfoot, Texas by the pool. She was very involved in her sons' football games, and loved camping out by the river. She brought so much joy to so many with her beautiful smile, and positive personality. Amanda will be deeply missed, but never forgotten.
Amanda is survived by loving parents Debbie Saiz Perez, Ignacio Perez Jr, grandmothers Dolores Perez, and Socorro Saiz, brother Joseph Philip Vasquez and wife Crystal Vasquez; nephews Joseph Vasquez Jr, Aiden Vasquez, Jacob Hernandez, brother Michael Anthony Vasquez and wife Vanessa Marie Vasquez; nephew Izaiah Anthony Vasquez, brother Angel Ignacio Perez and husband Jose Fernando Medina, sister Debbie Marie Perez.
We are overwhelmingly heartbroken and will forever have a hole in our hearts, but are comforted that she is home in the presence of Jesus. We rejoice in knowing that she is wrapped in the everlasting arms of Christ, and her fiercely loving presence remains with us always. There will be a short visitation from 11am-3pm on Saturday, October 10, 2020 at Castillo Funeral Home at 520 N. General McMullen Dr. San Antonio, TX 78228.
