Our beautiful angel, Amelia Alaniz Lujan, was called home by the Lord on October 19, 2022, at the blessed age of 88. She was born in Gillette, Texas on January 25, 1934, to Luis Alaniz and Herlinda Pena Armendariz. She is reunited in Heaven with her parents, her loving husband, John F. Lujan, son-Manuel Herron, stepson- Joe Lujan, sister-Lupe Solis, granddaughter-Cynthia Ritz, grandson- Johnny Lujan.

Amelia will be greatly missed and forever loved by her daughter-Hermelinda Acevedo (Roland),son- David Herron, stepson- August Lujan (Rosemary) grandchildren: Elizabeth Serna (Robert), John Ritz (Nicole), Joe Lujan, Jimmy Lujan, and Janie Lujan and numerous great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and extended family members and friends.
