Obituary

I t is with our heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Andres De Luna NUÑEZ departed this world at the age of 70 on September 14, 2023, surrounded by his family and friends.

He lived his life by a code of ethics that helped in guiding our family. He always believed that his word was his bond. He taught us the value of honest, respect, and the importance of standing by ones principles.

He started working at the age of 15 years young. He was a welder the majority of his life. He enjoyed making something from pieces of rods and flat sheets. He did test new jobs through life but they were nothing like welding.

He was always smiling and joking. He enjoyed traveling, treasuring the memories created with family and friends. He enjoyed the different colors in all seasons. He loved traveling the open road on or off a motorcycle. But most precious to him was family.

Rest in peace knowing that your legacy is a legacy of love, laughter, and unwavering honor. You will be missed dearly, but NEVER forgotten.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Esteban Nuñez and Teresa Nuñez; his brother Raymond Nuñez

He is survived by his daughter Esther Martin (Joe); his son Andres Nuñez Jr; his companion/friend Linda Felan; 6 grandchildren Jasmine Nuñez, Veronica Ramirez (Jose), Jessica Martin (Mark), Rosa Martin (April), Andrea Nuñez, and Alan Nuñez; and 9 great-grandchildren Kaylie, Sophia & Bella Ramirez, Mila & Penelope Velasquez, Corbin Martin, Taliah, Riann &  Chanel Esman.
