Angel Rosario Fernandez, age 63, of San Antonio, Tx went home to be with the Lord on May 12th, 2026

He was born on July 14th, 1962 in Cidra, Puerto Rico to Genovevo and Antonia Fernandez.

Angel was a faithful father, grandparent, and friend. He loved the Lord Jesus Christ and sought to honor Him the best way he could.

Angel worked as a contractor for soo many years and was known for his hardworking qualities, kindness, generosity and humility.

A light in his workplace. Always lending a helping hand to those who were in need of renovations and more. There was nothing too hard for him, he made sure to let everyone know through humbly showing out.

He enjoyed Bbqing, fishing, gardening but ultimately just the craft of architecture. There was nothing impossible for him. He was always willing to learn a new thing.

A jack of all trades!

Most of all, he loved spending time with his family and encouraging others in the faith the last 10 years of living in Texas.

The family rejoices in the blessed hope that through faith in Jesus Christ, Angel Fernandez is now in the presence of the Lord.

Funeral services will be held at Castillo Funeral Home on May 20th 2026 at 4pm

Visitation will be held 4pm-8pm.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to his daughters' Veronica Fernandez & Angelica Stewart.
