Obituary

Angelita Tenorio Garcia Passed away on Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at the age of 69 after a courageous battle with her health. Born from her father Julian Tenorio and mother Hortencia Villarreal in San Antonio, Texas. She was a faithful believer, loving mother and sister.
Angelita enjoyed the simplest pleasures in life, such as cooking, spending time with her family, dancing and listening to her favorite music. She was a pillar of strength and support to many people. She enjoyed making people laugh and was always the life of the party. Angelita retired from Fort Sam Houston after 38 years of civilian service, where She made lifelong friendships. Her faith in the Lord never hindered, even during the tough times.
Angelita is survived by her sister Juanita, brothers Pablo, Julian, Felipe, Amado, Juan, Pedro, Alfredo and her 5 children Juan Leandro Garcia, Sylvia Ann Phillips, Michael Anthony Garcia, Rudy Antonio Cardenas, Daniel Berlanga and her grandchild Elliott Joel Garcia.
Angelita is reunited in Heaven with her Parents Julian and Hortencia Tenorio, siblings Rodolfo, Hortencia, Francisco and Sandra.
Visitation will take place at Castillo Funeral Home on Tuesday, December 21, 2021  from 5:00pm until 8:00pm with a Rosary to be recited at 6:00pm. Services to conclude on Tuesday evening.
