Angelita, a skilled cosmetologist, was not only talented in her profession but also an enterprising spirit. In her early years, she owned and operated a convenience store in Big Spring, Texas, marking her journey as a dedicated businesswoman.

Angelita's life was a testament to resilience and grace. She had 5 children Albert, Peggy, Grace, preceded her in death and her living children are Brenda and Humberto II. Her grandchildren are Tammy, Misty, Desiree and Brandon. Her great grandchildren are Mona, James, Serenity and Gabriel. She was 86 years old when she passed away this November. Earlier, she had suffered a stroke and, while recovering, faced complications due to fluid surrounding her heart. This sudden turn of events led to her untimely passing.

Angelita's presence was a beacon of strength and inspiration. She spent many years in Big Spring, Texas, before moving to Mesa, Arizona, where she lived for about 15 years. Her final years were spent in San Antonio, Texas, which she called her home.

The family will receive guests at Castillo Funeral Home on Sunday, November 26, 2023, from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm for visitation and at 6:00 pm for a rosary service.

A graveside service will be conducted on Monday, November 27, 2023, at 10:00 am in Resurrection Cemetery at Cordi-Marian.
