Angelo D.
Coccaro
January 4, 1958 – May 3, 2023
Angelo (AC) Darcy Coccaro, passed away on Wednesday May 3 rd , 2023 after a long illness with heart disease.
Angelo was born on January 4 th , 1958, in East Meadow, New York to Della and Anthony Coccaro. He attended Wisdom Lane Elementary School in Levittown, NY as well as John Marshall High School in San Antonio, Texas. He worked in sales at Red McCombs and Ancira Auto Group.
Angelo is survived by his mother; Della Coccaro; brother, Arthur Coccaro, sister, Toni Coccaro Cocker, sister Jennifer Coccaro Montgomery; his children Jonathan & Jonathan's wife Celia Corona and Christopher Coccaro; grandchildren Gracie, Skylar, Kailey, Isabel, Jayden, and Lilah along with many nieces and nephews.
He is predeceased by his father, Anthony Coccaro.
Angelo was a man of deep heart and empathy. He cared for people in anonymous fashion. His generosity is known privately by many, but not necessarily known publicly. Angelo was an avid lover and player of music. He was an exciting inspiration to his Texas friends upon arrival from NY, bringing with him a passion to play the wonderful music of the 70's. He especially loved playing his guitar and along with his friends and support of his parents, formed a band. He loved the Spurs, he loved tennis and golf, but he especially loved his mother whom he selflessly committed the end of his life serving. There is no more honorable deed.
He rededicated his life to the Lord when he was 21, pastored two churches, and was a tremendous teacher of the word. He authored many pamphlets and published Bible Study works such as, "The Fruit of the Spirit", "Perfect Love", "The Awesome Power of the Holy Spirit In your Life", and "The Shepherd and The Flock", which are available from Apple Book Store.
