Anita P. Garcia lived to celebrate her 87th birthday on January 8th, 2020. On the 25th day of February 2020, she peacefully went to be with the lord and with loved ones, departed before her.
Anita was born to Juan and Alicia Paez in Olton, Texas. She spent the beginning of her life among a big family of many brothers and sisters. She married Alfonso Garcia in 1951 and lived in San Antonio where they raised their family together. She spent much of her time devoted to raising her 4 children and in her spare time she worked tirelessly as a seamstress. During her best days, Anita loved spending countless hours nourishing her green thumb by tending to her expansive garden. She also enjoyed listening to music, dancing, and socializing with friends and family, while sipping on her Miller Lite.
She is preceded in her passing by her parents Juan and Alicia Paez; her husband Alfonso Garcia Sr. and her son Alfonso Garcia Jr.
She leaves this world and loving family members daughters Mary Peterson and Margarita Garcia, her son Ricardo Garcia, her beloved seven grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren.
