Anna Maria Arroyo, age 60, of San Antonio, Texas, passed away peacefully on July 27, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.

Born on August 16, 1965, Anna Maria brought an abundance of light, warmth, and joy into the world. She grew up in San Antonio, where she spent her life building a legacy rooted in love, kindness, and unwavering devotion to those she held dear. Anna Maria was known for her vibrant spirit, her generous heart, and her unique ability to make anyone feel welcome.For 20 years, Anna Maria dedicated her life to her work at Sodexo at USAA. She was highly respected and loved by her colleagues, forming deep friendships with coworkers whom she loved like family.Outside of work, Anna Maria’s greatest joy was spending time with her family and friends. She loved listening to music, dancing, and passionately cheering on her favorite teams: the Dallas Cowboys, the San Antonio Spurs, and the Texas Longhorns. Whether through her hobbies or simply her infectious laugh and bright smile, she touched countless lives. Her home was a true sanctuary of comfort, filled with love, laughter, and beautiful memories. Above all, she was a deeply devoted sister, aunt, cousin, friend, and coworker who always put the needs of others before her own, and she shared a special bond with her beloved doggie, Milo.She is preceded in death by her loving parents, Antonio and Aurora Arroyo, and her brothers, Antonio Arroyo Jr. and Ruben Arroyo, Paternal Grandparents Jose and Edujives Arroyo, Maternal Grandparents Jesus & Marciana Rodriguez.She is survived by her loving brothers, Mario Arroyo and Tony Arroyo; her sisters, Yolanda Arroyo, Sylvia Castillo, Irma Morales, Lucy Sanchez (Jerry), Gracie Alderete (Fred), Leticia Jones, and Cindy Arroyo (Rene); as well as a large, loving extended family of nieces, nephews, cousins, and lifelong friends.
