Anselmo H. Quevedo of San Antonio, Texas was received into the arms of the Lord on August 12, 2022 at the age of 68. He was born on August 9, 1954, to Lucio and Maria Consuelo Herrera de Quevedo in La Puerta de San Francisco, GTO MX.
He is preceded in death by his mother Maria Consuelo Herrera de Quevedo, father Lucio Quevedo, brothers Lucio and Armando Quevedo.
He is survived by his wife Lydia Quevedo, his siblings Juan Diego, Tomas and Estela Quevedo, his daughters Melissa Silerio (Jose), Vanessa Quevedo - Jardon (Feliciano), grandkids Jose and Bianca Silerio and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, godchildren and friends.
Anselmo was a loyal employee of the Hilton Palacio Del Rio for 30 plus years. He loved what he did and everyday he brought a smile to every guest check into the hotel. He loved to vacation in Florida with his beloved wife Lydia. He was a big fan of San Antonio Spurs and Soccer in general since both his grandkids played soccer. He loved to go to watch his grandkids play even if it meant traveling out of town.
Anselmo is loved and will be missed. However, he will always remain in our hearts.

Anselmo fue un empleado leal del Hilton Palacio Del Rio durante más de 30 años. Amaba lo que hacía y todos los días sacaba una sonrisa a cada huésped que se registraba en el hotel. Le encantaba vacacionar en Florida con su amada esposa Lydia. Era un gran fanático de los San Antonio Spurs y del fútbol en general ya que sus dos nietos jugaban fútbol. Le encantaba ir a ver jugar a sus nietos, incluso si eso significaba viajar fuera de la ciudad.
Le preceden en la muerte su madre María Consuelo Herrera de Quevedo, su padre Lucio Quevedo, sus hermanos Lucio y Armando Quevedo.
Anselmo es amado y será extrañado por su esposa Lydia, sus hermanos Juan Diego, Tomás y Estela Quevedo, sus hijas Melissa Silerio (José), Vanessa Quevedo-Jardon (Feliciano), sus nietos José y Bianca Silerio y numerosos primos, sobrinas, sobrinos, ahijados y amigos.
Anselmo es amado y será extrañado, sin embargo, siempre permanecerá en nuestros corazones.
