Antoinette Barrera, fondly known as Toni or Annie, departed from our lives on April 21, 2024, leaving a legacy of love and generosity. At 62, she embarked on her final journey, leaving a profound impact on those around her.
In her last selfless act on this earth, Toni chose to be an organ donor, a decision that will forever change the life of another individual. Through her gift, she has bestowed the invaluable blessing of an improved quality of life upon someone else, embodying the essence of compassion and kindness.

Toni was deeply cherished by her family members, including Eric and Diane Juarez, Erika, and Brian Moreno, as well as many friends and numerous cousins. Her kindness, and vibrant spirit touched the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Toni had a passion for music, concerts, and the tranquil beaches of Hawaii, where she found solace and joy. Her love for adventure and whimsy led her to Disneyland, where her favorite ride, the Adventures of Indiana Jones, never failed to ignite her youthful spirit. Toni's inner child shone brightly through her love for all things comics, Pops, music, movies, action figures, and Disney memorabilia, reflecting her boundless enthusiasm for life.

Though Antoinette may have bid farewell to this world, her memory will forever remain etched in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. May her spirit soar high, finding eternal peace in the melodies of the universe.

Visitation to take place on Thursday, April 25, 2024 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Family and friends will meet at San Fernando Cemetery III,1735 Cupples Rd, San Antonio, Texas 78226, for a graveside service at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, April 26, 2024.
