Antonia S. Tagle was called into the Lord's arms on  Friday, November 8, 2024, at the age of 67. Antonia was born on April 12, 1957, in San Antonio, Texas to Enrique and Felicitas Sanchez. At the age of 19 Antonia married the love of her life, Pablo Tagle, and together, they started building a foundation to raise a large, loving family. Antonia was a devoted, proud wife and mother, and the most loving grandma and great-grandma. Her parents owned a restaurant and Antonia would bring the whole family to help out with daily operations. On top of helping her parents, Antonia also worked as a home healthcare provider for 30 years. She was a supportive mom, always showing up to her children's school functions and sports games- even if she didn't know how the games worked, she was there cheering for her kids and encouraging them to do their best. She loved to spend "girl" time with her daughters by getting their nails done or going out to eat. She enjoyed being by the water so she often loved heading out to the beach, or going camping or fishing. She loved to spend time with her family and made sure they were a priority. She is reunited in Heaven with her parents Enrique and Felicitas Sanchez, brother Jose Sanchez, and sister Consuelo Gomez. Antonia was deeply loved and will be missed by her adoring husband of 48 1/2 years, Pablo Tagle; son Pablo Tagle, Jr. (Yvette); daughters Monica Trevino(Ignacio), Rachel Terriquez (Cesar), Jessica Tagle (Billy), Jennifer Tagle; and son Jesus Tagle II; brother Enrique Sanchez Jr.(Dominga); sisters Felicitas Perez and Carmen Zapata; grandchildren Destiny, Pablo III, Absidy, Florentino, Lila, Ignacio Trevino Jr., Angelita Trevino, Antonia Trevino, Angelina Terriquez, Rafael Terriquez, Alexis Terriquez, Alicia Terriquez, Adele Terriquez, Serena Tagle, Americus Tagle, Albreanna, Jesus M. Tagle III,  and Jackson; great-grandchildren Ariana Trevino, Alondra Trevino, Julian, Madelyn, Makaelyn, and Alexzander and 1 great-grandchild on the way.
Visitation to take place at Castillo Funeral Home on Thursday, November 21, 2024, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. with a Rosary to begin at 6:00 p.m. Family and friends will depart in procession at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, November 22, 2024, for an 11:00 a.m. Mass at St. Leonard's Catholic Church. Burial to follow at Mission Burial Park South.
