Antonio Cruz passed away peacefully on November 17th, 2022, surrounded by the warmth and love of his family. He was 76 years old. He was born in Lampazos, N.L Mexico on May 10, 1946.

In the winter of 1966, he married Linda S. Alejandro and quickly became the proud father to six children Antonio Cruz Jr, Maria Teresa Mendoza, Linda Cruz Flores, Helen M. Cruz, Angelica M. Roelle, Amy Lee Faz. He was a farmer all of his life and he loved animals, the outdoors and helping the less fortunate.

He treasured the beautiful memories he made with his nieces and nephews, his brothers and especially his best friend Polo Cruz. The bond with him will forever be cherished. He is proceeded in death by his parents Modesto and Irene Cruz.

Antonio is loved and will be missed by his wife, daughters, son, 11 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, brothers and extended family and friends.

A visitation will take place on Wednesday November 30th, 2022 at Castillo Funeral Home from 3:30pm to 8:00pm with a rosary to be recited at 6:00pm. Family and friends will depart in procession from the funeral home on Thursday, December 1, 2022, to Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church at 8:30am for a 9:00am funeral mass. Interment will follow at San Fernando Cemetery 3.
