Antonio (Tony) Elizondo was born on July 31, 1928, and went to heaven peacefully on August 22, 2022, in Shavano Park, Texas. Throughout his life he showed the power of his faith through his love for family, and care and respect for all.

Tony served in the Pacific and China with Marine Corp in WW II. After his service he married his childhood sweetheart Mary Louise on May 1, 1949. They raised two sons and two daughters. Tony had a career in electronics engineering, which spanned working on the first early warning radar system for ICBMs, the Apollo communications system, and running his own businesses. He always strived to excel and was a great role model and inspiration for his children.

Tony is survived by sons Michael and wife Miki, and Roy and wife Barb, daughter Rebecca and husband Richard, seven grandchildren, five great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his wife Mary Louise and daughter Linda who he so loved and is now reunited.

Visitation to take place at 8:30am on Thursday, September 1, 2022 at St. Luke Catholic Church, 4603 Manitou Dr. 78228 followed by a Rosary at 9:20am and Funeral Mass to follow at 10:00aM. Burial at San Fernando Cemetery II.
