Antonio R. Ybanez Sr. went to be with the Lord on March 4, 2024.

Antonio is preceded in death by his adoptive parents Jesus and Vicenta Ybanez, his biological mother Refugia R. Mata, brothers Jose, Ignacio, Victorino, and Ramon Mata, sisters Refugia Garcia, Consuelo Espinoza, and Mary Lou Casarez.

He is survived by his Loving wife of 53 years Rachel, his children Richard (Karina), Antonio (Lola), Jesus, and Sonya. His grandchildren Chelsea, Erica, Brianna, Chloe, Thomas, Antonio III, Nathaniel, Jorge, and his little best friend Luca, great-grandchildren Dominick, Jada, Kole, Caylee, Roberto, and his newest addition that came after his death Rico Antonio. Brother Juan (Angel) Mata, sisters Antonia (Tony) Cantu, and Susana (Roberto) Beltran.

Antonio was a very Loving and Wonderful man who was Loved by all his family and friends. He was a great provider and was the best father and grandfather. Antonio was known as "the paparazzi" to his family and those close to him, one thing he loved was taking pictures to make sure he had memories of every event, birthday, and family gathering he attended. He was very hard working and never let any illness he had hold him back from doing household projects, fixing minor things around the house, and even cutting his neighbors yard when he could.

Moving on in life without Antonio is going to be so hard for his family, it is a tremendous loss, but we know he will somehow guide us through the tough road ahead of us without him physically being here.
