Argelia R. Teran, 77, widow of German Teran, passed away on February 16, 2024, in San Antonio, Texas. She was born on January 24, 1947, in Nueva Rosita, Mexico, a daughter of the late, Maria Jeorge Bocanegra and Raul Rodriguez.

We will forever cherish the memories of Argelia's remarkable life and the impact she made on all those who knew her.

In addition to her husband of 50 years, German Teran, and her parents, Maria Jeorge Bocanegra and Raul Rodriguez, she is also preceded in death by baby Martha; a sister, Argelia and brother, Jose Maria.

Family members include her children, Gerardo (JoAnn) Teran, German (Isabel) Teran, Clementina (Macario) Teran Silva and Carlo Teran; 19 grandchildren, Alexis, Gerardo, Vanessa, Isaac, Elizabeth, German, Crystal, Sylvia, Kimberly, Dominic, Macario, Alyssa, Megan, Madelaine, Jasmine, Marina, Carlos, Jacqueline and Maximus; 12 great-grandchildren, Neveah, Leah, Isabela, Nevin, Mathew, Nathan, German, Gabriel, Aaron, Naila, Mateo and Theo; siblings, Diana, Juan and Jorge; in addition to numerous extended family members.

The family will receive guests on Wednesday, March 6, 2024, at Castillo Funeral Home from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm for visitation and at 6:00 pm for a prayer service.

A funeral service will be conducted on Thursday, March 7, 2024, in the Castillo Funeral Home Chapel at 10:00 am. Burial will follow with a graveside service at San Jose Burial Park.
