Armando "Mando" Castillo Rodriguez, 68, passed away on March 15, 2023, in San Antonio, TX. He was born on January 15, 1955 in San Antonio, Texas.  Armando was a beacon of kindness and generosity to all who knew him. He cared deeply about his family and his dogs.

H e was an avid fan of Tejano Music, Natural Light Beer , the Cowboys, the Astros and Houston Texans, always cheering on his favorite teams with  enthusiasm.

Armando was  a man who touched the lives of countless people with his warmth, compassion, and selflessness. He was always there to lend a helping hand, whether it was a kind word or a listening ear. He was generous to a fault, giving his time, resources, and love without hesitation.   No matter the circumstances, he always found laughter as the best form of medicine.

Armando is survived by his three daughters, Maria Tolentino, Elisabeth Rodriguez, Topacio Rodriguez, life partner Debbie Garcia of 25 years, Ex-Spouse of 15 years Maria Moya, 14 grandchildren, 2 great grand children, 3 dogs, siblings Alicia Anguiano, Linda Lopez,  Rosario Rodriguez Figueroa, Mary Esther Canning, Isabel Rodriguez , Rachel Rodriguez, Robert Soliz, and Jennifer Soliz.

Our father will be deeply missed by all who knew him. We take solace in knowing that his legacy of kindness and generosity will live on through the countless lives he touched.

Rest in peace, dear father. You will forever hold a special place in our hearts. You will be deeply missed, but never forgotten.
