Aurelia Marta Contreras, born on November 14, 1935, was called home to be with our Lord on April 22, 2024, at the age of 88.  She is reunited in Heaven with her parents, Gregorio and Petra Contreras; siblings Cruz, Gregorio, Pedro, Pascualita, Arnulfo, Francisco and Francisca Contreras.  Aurelia is loved and will be greatly missed by her children, Guillermo Pruneda, Judith Pruneda, Cynthia Hernandez (Hilario) and Melissa Pruneda; grandchildren, Jonathan Pruneda, Angel Pruneda, Joshua Aguilar Jr., Jacqueline Alexandra Aguilar, Federico Alfonso Aguilar, Christopher Brown and Jakorey Robinson; great-grandchildren, Aubrielle Pruneda and Ellie Rue Serratos; siblings, Juan Contreras and Maria Teresa de Jesus Contreras Luna.

Aurelia was full of love and joy.  She had a beautiful kind heart that we will truly miss.  Her love and will remain in our Hearts for all Eternity.

Visitation to take place on Wednesday, May 1, 2024, from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. with a Rosary to begin at 6:00 p.m. Family and friends will depart in procession at 9:15 a.m. on Thursday, May 2, 2024 for a 10:00 a.m. Funeral Mass at Resurrection of the Lord Catholic Church. Burial to follow at Wild Flower Cemetery.
