Aurelio R. Alonzo, born on July 9, 1935, passed away peacefully on September 19, 2024, at the age of 89. His life was marked by dedication to family, a devout Catholic, and a legacy of love that will be cherished forever by his family and friends.

Aurelio is survived by his devoted wife of over 50 years, Carmen A. Alonzo, with whom he shared many decades of love and companionship. Together, they built a life centered around their children and grandchildren, all of whom were the pride and joy of his life. He is also survived by his sister Andrea Alonzo Mata, his daughter Christina Alonzo, and his son Carlos Alonzo, along with Carlos' wife, Leslie. He is also lovingly remembered by Olinda Trevino, who was like a daughter to him, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Aurelio was a proud grandfather to Nathan, Diego, Joseph, and Analysa, who brought him immense happiness and kept him young at heart. His wisdom, warmth, and kindness will live on in their memories.

Aurelio is preceded in death by his parents, Sabas and Paula Alonzo, and Sister Eliza Alonzo Batiz.

Aurelio's gentle spirit and strong work ethic touched the lives of many. He will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him, but his legacy will continue to live in the hearts and minds of his family."
