Aurora Valencia passed away peacefully on December 16, 2022, surrounded by the warmth and love of her family. She was 97 years old. She was born in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas.

In 1944 she married her sweetheart Jaime Valencia and moved to Monterrey, Nuevo Leon Mexico. They immigrated to the United States in 1956 with their 3 children and thereafter had 3 more.

Aurora is preceded in death by her husband Jaime Valencia Sr., sons – Jaime Valencia Jr., Joel Valencia, Javier Valencia, Gerardo Valencia, and daughter Yvonne Lobo.

She leaves behind her sole surviving son Jorge Valencia (Alicia Valencia), 18 grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.

Aurora is loved and will be dearly missed.
