Basilio was a loving, kind, compassionate, generous, hardworking, funny husband, dad, grandfather, and great grandfather. His faith and trust in God was strong and faithfully went to Holy Family Catholic Church every Sunday. He joined the Army in July 1943 to proudly serve his country in World War II. Later he found his passion in upholstery, and started his own business for many years until he retired. His hobbies included gambling, daily walks, reading the newspaper, and watching golf in his favorite recliner. His favorite hobby was scratch off tickets, later on he carried a magnifying glass to scratch off his tickets. His favorite saying was "I'm Okay", but now he is better than okay, he is with God and the promise of eternal life.
