Beatriz
Falcon
November 13, 1928 – February 8, 2021
Beatriz Falcon, homemaker, loving mother and grandmother, went home to Jesus on February 8, 2021 at the age of 92 after a valiant battle with COVID-19. Beatriz was born on November 13, 1928 in San Antonio to Lilly and Manuel Salazar. Beatriz was preceded in death by her loving husband Jose Falcon and her son Luis Carrion. Beatriz is survived by her children, Carlos "Charle" Trinidad, Beatrice C. Geno, Pete Carrion
(Elvira Carrion), Alberto Falcon, Lydia F. Ward (Stanley Ward), Herlinda Falcon, Gema F. Liberty, Alma Falcon-McCoy (Anthony McCoy), and Rudy Falcon (Bernice Falcon). Beatriz also leaves her granddaughter Laura Berry whom she raised, numerous grandchildren,
and great grandchildren. Beatriz met her husband in line at an Elvis Presley concert. She mentioned how he kept turning around in line to smile at her. Little did she know he would wait after the concert to get her name and walk her home. Mom had a passion for travel and said that she was blessed to be able to travel the world by visiting places like Acapulco, Vera Cruz, San Francisco, Germany, and Italy (to name a few). We cannot forget to mention her favorite vacation spot, Las Vegas. She enjoyed watching scary movies, gardening, listening to music and dancing. Everyone who knew her called her mom. Mom's home was open to everyone for chit chat, advice, laughter and
a great home cooked meal. Her favorite sayings were, "Thank you Jesus" and the "Lord will provide."
Our mom had a zest for life and touched all that knew her. We will cherish our memories, and our hearts are full with her love. St. Peter has opened the golden gates to heaven, and she is reunited with our Savior.
Pallbearers: Rudy Falcon, Damian Geno, Sean Falcon, Angelo Carney, Scotty Liberty, Aaron McCoy, Austin McCoy, and Dylan Gomez.
