Benito Perez Jr. passed on November 15, 2020 at the age of 70. He was born in San Antonio on December 16, 1949 to the late Benito and Josefina Perez Sr. After graduating from Highschool Benito enlisted and served in the U.S. Army as a trained sharp shooter. After retiring from Kelly Airforce Base Benito was able to spend more time on his passion for fixing and painting cars.  He was a devout Catholic and enjoyed serving God and being active at his Church. Benito will be dearly missed by his beloved wife of 50 years Maria Perez; children Monica Perez, Jacob Perez and Valerie Moreno; grandchildren Kimberly Morales, Alfred M. Martinez Jr, and Adam Martinez; and great grand-daughters Anastasia, Olivia, and Alianna.

Visitation will take place on Tuesday, November 24, 2020 from 3pm until 7:30 pm with a Rosary to be recited at 6:00pm. Due to covid-19, there are 40 people allowed in the Chapel at any given time. Anyone who attends must wear a face mask.

Family and friends will depart at 8:15am from Castillo Mission Funeral Home on Wednesday, November 25, 2020 for a 9:15am Funeral Mass at St. Vincent De Paul Catholic Church. Interment to follow at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery.
