Benito "Benny" Tenorio

August 11, 1957 – April 8, 2026

Benito was born in San Antonio, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents, Juan Tenorio Jr. and Carmen Trevino, and his brothers, Juan Tenorio III and Richard Tenorio Sr.

Benito was known for his hard work, strong will, and dedication to family traditions. He is survived by his wife, Alice Herrera Tenorio of 44 years; his four children; 15 grandchildren; his brother, Santos Tenorio; and his sister, Simona (Ruben Sr.) Valdez.

Benito cherished his four children: Son Benny Joe Sr. (Christina) Tenorio, Daughter Audrey Gonzales, Daughter Sharon Tenorio (Jonathan De La Rosa), and Son Aron Sr. (Maria) Tenorio, along with his 15 grandchildren: Benny Joe Jr., Benjamin, Elianna, Damian, Aron Jr., Ethan, Ariel, Dayna, Evan, Ashton, Ares, Nathan, Alivia, Scarlett, and Astro. He always ensured that his children stayed close and taught them traditions that will live on forever.

He loved fishing, camping, backyard gatherings, music, and muscle cars, and considered himself a jack of all trades. Benito worked as an HVAC repairman at Fredricks Air Conditioning and finished as a Mail Runner for TETCO.

His legacy will continue through his Wife, Children and Grandchildren. He will be greatly missed.
