Bobby Joe Puentes
Bobby Joe Puentes passed away peacefully on January 1, 2023, surrounded by the warmth and
love of his family. Bobby was 38 years old. He was born in San Antonio, Texas, on September 17, 1984.
Bobby was an amazing father and was very family oriented, he always put his children first. He
was such a loving, caring and charismatic person. Bobby had many hobbies but most notably
loved hunting and working on his car. Bobby had a smile that would light up any room. His
sense of humor was like no other. He was the biggest fan of the Dallas Cowboys and the San
Antonio Spurs. Most precious to Bobby was his faith in God. He treasured the beautiful
memories he created with family and friends through his 38 years on earth. He was the most
precious friend, uncle, brother, and son. He will be missed tremendously.
Bobby is preceded in death by his grandfather Julio Sanchez; cousins Heaven Jewelany
Sanchez and Kristen Mary Hernandez.
Bobby is survived by his common law wife; Desiree Monique Cruz; children, Noah Angel Campos, Olivia Jo Puentes and Bobby Joe
Puentes Jr; Mother Benita Frausto; stepfather, Daniel Frausto; grandmother, Maria L Sanchez;
siblings, Rudy Puentes, Valerie Puentes, Stephanie Reyes, Tiffany Puentes, Tina
Sanchez-Ramirez, Kimberly Puentes, Scarlett Frausto, Martha Frausto, and Aiden Frausto;
numerous nieces and nephews and extended family and friends.
