Candelario Laque Perez Jr passed away on February 11, 2025 at 85 years old. He was born in San Antonio on April 7 1939.  He was also known as Longie. He was preceded in death by his wife of 62 years Florence Perez, his son Steve Perez, parents Carrie Saldivar and Candelario Perez Sr. Also Frank and Mary Perez and Salvador, and Olivia Perez He is survived by his daughters Mary Madelene Perez (Molly) and Nancy L.Gonzales, husband Edward. His memory will live on with his grandchildren Aleana D. Gallardo and Fred Hernandez, Stephanie Perez, Michael Marciel and Tristan Gonzales. Also Great grandchildren Aidan, Aria, Liam and Ethan. Survivors also include his brothers Fred Perez wife Lenor, Rudy Perez, Alfonso Perez and sister Norma Laque and many nieces and nephews. Longie was a good friend and neighbor who had a great sense of humor even til the end of his life. He loved old western movies and accordion music. He was a truckdriver until going into business with his wife Florence.  Services are March 2 Visitation 4P-8P Rosary 6P.
