Carlos S. Lopez known to most friends as "Borrado",  joined his wife Gloria N. Lopez and son Carlos N. Lopez Jr. in Heaven on August 10, 2021.    Carlos was one of seven children born on October 16, 1936 in San Antonio, Texas  where he lived all of his life.  He had 2 sons with his wife Gloria; Carlos N. Lopez, Jr. and Ceasar Lopez. Carlos worked in construction most of his adult life and was a 50 year member of the Laborer's International Union of North America. After retirement he enjoyed working on his yard and gathering with friends and family.

Carlos is survived by his sister Guadalupe Tovar; son Cesar Lopez; Grandchildren Jennifer Lee Lopez, Jeremiah Lopez, Javette Bernal, Charles Alexander Lopez, and Dominique Cesar Lopez; daughter in law Dora Marquez, and numerous great-grandchildren, nephews and nieces. Carlos S. Lopez was very loving to all that knew him and will be greatly missed.

Visitation will take place on Sunday, August 22 from 3:30pm until 8:00pm with a Rosary at 6:00pm. Family and friends will gather at the Castillo Mission funeral home chapel  at 10:00am to celebrate Carlos' life. Burial to follow at San Fernando Cemetery II.
