Carlota A. Perez passed away peacefully on November 12, 2023 surrounded by the warmth and love of her family.  She was 88 years old, she was born in Laredo, TX on November 4, 1935.

In the spring of 1958, she married the love of her life Jesus Perez, at the young age of 23.  They have been married for 65 beautiful years and had 5 children.  Carlota loved playing Loteria, Pokeno and 31.  She loved family get togethers, and dancing to her Tejano music with her "Sweetie" Chuy.  She loved puzzles and doing her word search.

She was preceded in death by her parents Jose & Maria Alvarado, her 3 sisters and 2 brothers, her son Alfred Perez, and her great granddaughter Sadie Leigh Lopez.

She will continue to be loved and missed by her daughter's Janie (Lewis) Caballero, Bellia Sera (Alex Foley), Debbie Perez (Frank Sanchez) her son Jesse Jr (Laura) Perez, 12 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
