Carmen Martha Roberts passed away peacefully on April 12, 2025 at the age of 79.  She was born in Nueva Rosita, Coahuila (Mexico) on August 16, 1945.

Carmen was preceded in death by her Father Julian Fuentes and Mother Maria Fuentes, her brother Julian Fuentes II (Ernestina), sister Guadalupe Alonzo (Ricardo), and sister Maria Luisa Gonzalez (Homero).

Carmen is survived by her son John Julian Roberts (Maria), daughters Mary Ellen Roberts and Nellie Roberts, grandchildren Paul Roberts, John J. Roberts, Jr., Katheryn Fierros (Joseph), Samantha Brown (Joe), Victoria Guerrero (Daniel), Midori Flores, Joseph Roberts, Alecsis Roberts, Juan Delafuente, Jose Delafuente (Jennifer), Cristina Delafuente, and numerous great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Carmen loved crocheting winter scarves for her adult children and baby blankets, booties, and sweater sets for her grandbabies.  She loved solving crossword puzzles and games which kept her mind razor sharp.

She was a social butterfly and was truly loved and will be missed by her family and friends who loved her and celebrated her life.
