Our beloved mother, Carmen R. Villarreal, was called home by the Lord on September 9, 2024, two days after her 97th birthday. She was born on September 7, 1927. Joining her is heaven is her son, Jesse Villarreal, who passed away on September 19, 2024.

She is loved and will be missed by her children, Pat Villarreal (Gloria), Paul Villarreal (Carmen), David Villarreal (Olga), Hope Nimitz (Fabian), William King and Peter Villarreal; daughter-in-law, Alice Villarreal; brother, Agustin Rodriguez; and sisters, Janie De La Rosa and Esperanza Puentes. Also missing Carmen are her grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
