Carolina Uriegas
Apaez
December 13, 1941 – December 31, 2020
Carolina Uriegas Apaez, was sent from heaven during a winter's day on December 13, 1941 in Thelma, Texas. Seventy-nine years later on December 31, 2020 in San Antonio, Texas, she would be called back to heaven to be by her L-rd's side. Where she was met with thunderous applause that shook the ground as the heavens erupted with rain and flashes of lightning celebrating her return. Tears of joy and sorrow fell from the eyes of family and angels soaking the earth.
Although Carolina entered this world in December, she brought warmth to all that knew her. Her generosity with her time, her many talents and her willingness to go above and beyond to help those in need and to just lend a hand (because it was the right thing to do) made life easier for all those around her. She was a dedicated and loving wife to Paul Z. Apaez the love of her life, for forty-eight years before he was called home to heaven. Carolina, raised four children, Paul David Apaez, Peter Michael Apaez (Adela E., spouse), Daniel Ray Apaez and Rachel Kay Apaez. She also raised three grandchildren and shared her wisdom and G-dly advice for those who sought it, helping to nurture and guide sixteen other grandchildren and thirty-six great-grandchildren. She was a servant of the L-rd, serving countless years in the children's church at Victory Temple, mentoring and teaching the nine trough twelve girls and telling anyone willing to listen what G-d was doing in her life.
She loved G-d, family, friends, and life and was not afraid to show it. Because of this, wherever she went joy, laughter and a good time would be had by all. She brought enthusiasm to everything she did and it was infectious. She did everything with all her heart and soul and you could feel it. You could see and feel the love G-d had put in her heart. She did not always tell you what you wanted to hear, but she did tell you what you needed to hear. Amen.
