Celebrating the Life of Cassandra Rodriguez

Cassandra Rodriguez, a fiercely dedicated mother, passionate entrepreneur, and beloved wife, sister, daughter and friend, passed away in her San Antonio home early Tuesday morning, September 1, 2026, at the age of 34. For two years, Cassandra fought a courageous battle with cancer, striving with every ounce of her being to make it to each new day for the sake of her daughter ari.

Born on a winter day, December 19, 1991, Cassandra grew up to be a woman of incredible drive and vision and a bit of stubbornness, she never let life bring her down not even at the end. After graduating from Natalia ISD High School, she poured her energy into building her own path. She first launched a successful maid service, Maid with Care in 2018, before finding her true professional passion with Axiom Aesthetic Group in 2024. Through her work in plasma skin rejuvenation, Cassandra didn't just run a business; she helped everyone who walked through her door feel beautiful, confident, and like their absolute best selves.

Though she took great pride in her businesses, Cassandra’s absolute proudest achievement in life was her beautiful daughter, Ariella born in 2021. Cassandra’s ultimate goal was to give Ariella every possible opportunity, showering her with all the love, affection, and devotion she had to give. Her legacy of love will live on forever in her daughter's heart.

She was my big sister, and we grew up together. Our lives may have drifted apart in adulthood, but I will always cherish the stories of our youth.

We were true partners in crime. I remember our "Mission: Impossible" heists in the middle of the night, sneaking into my dad's snack cabinet to escape with our loot of chocolate, treats and chips. We used to hang pillowcases from our headboards, staying up all night delivering handwritten notes to one another. We even trained in sword fighting using old curtain rods, playfully arguing that the other person had to freeze in place until we finished executing our "super move"—which was really just us wildly flailing the curtain rods around.

We didn’t have much growing up, but we had each other. We always encouraged one another, even when it meant cheering each other on to be a little reckless—like tying a garden hose to a tree branch to swing like Tarzan. No matter what, we were always there to cheer each other through the jump.

I could go on and on, and there is no way to fully encompass everything she was. But above all, she was the best of us. She taught me a lot in my teen years, like how to get our hair to have the best pokies. She had a look all her own and I wanted to be just like her. Everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her loved her.

Cassandra will be deeply missed, endlessly loved, and never forgotten. She was preceded in death by her beloved father, Aaron Sidney Rodriguez Senior.

She leaves behind her husband, Vaughn, and her daughter, Ariella—the beautiful family she built and loved with all that she was. She is also survived by our mother, Sandra Robles; her siblings, Aaron S. Rodriguez jr, Bianca Rodriguez, and Genevieve Rodriguez; her grandmothers, Azalia Rodriguez and Paz Bonilla; as well as a large number of extended family and dear friends.
