Cathy Leadford, 77, of San Antonio, passed away peacefully on June 13, 2022, with family by her side. She was born to the late Simon and Maria Castillo, Nov. 26, 1944, and grew up in San Antonio, Texas. A loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, Cathy enjoyed life and cherished her family's company.

Cathy is survived by three children: Charlotte Keilberg, Charles Leadford, and John Leadford. She is also survived by five grandchildren, Renee Flinner, Jessica Carr, Garet Leadford, Desiree Reyes, and Charles Leadford II; along with 7 great grandchildren. Cathy was predeceased by her husband J.B. Leadford in 1988.

A celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, June 28, 2022. Viewing ceremony will begin at 10:30 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 12:30pm at the Castillo Funeral Home of San Antonio.  The burial will take place at 2 p.m. at the Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
