Celia Garza Guajardo passed away peacefully in her home on June 27, 2020, surrounded by her loving family.  She was 82 years old.

She was born in Brownsville, Texas on August 25, 1937.  The oldest daughter of Jose L. Garza and Amelia H. Garza.  In 1956, Celia married the love of her life, Ramon L. Guajardo.  They moved to San Antonio, Texas where they built a home and raised their family.  Celia loved travelling and fishing with her husband, Ramon, as well as cooking and baking for her lucky family.  As a diehard fan, she loved watching her San Antonio Spurs.  Celia will be remembered as a loyal and devoted wife, mother and grandmother with a great sense of humor.

Celia is preceded in death by her husband, Ramon L. Guajardo; her father, Jose L. Garza and her mother, Amelia H. Garza.

Celia is loved and will be missed by her daughters, Leticia Martinez (spouse, Henry), Yvonne Charles (spouse, Michael) and Yolanda Guajardo; her son, Ramon G. Guajardo, Jr. (spouse, Frances);  grandchildren, Ramon M. Guajardo, III (spouse, Charlene), Eric Martinez, Jesse Ray Guajardo, Adrian Guitron, Alicia Martinez and Vanessa Misty Michaud (spouse, Ian);  great granddaughter, Zephyrine Michaud; and her sisters, Amelia G. Garcia (spouse, Bartholomew) and Sister Ninfa Garza.
