Celia "Sally" Retiz was called into the Lord's arms on Saturday, June 29, 2024, at the age of 68. Sally was born in San Antonio, Texas, to Leocadia and Natividad Retiz on August 28, 1955.

Sally enjoyed going on road trips, she loved when weekends came by for those great sales at garage sales, and spending time fishing with her dad & family. She also loved to cook and spend precious time with her family & friends. She was a devoted Mother and grandmother and great-grandmother, she will be dearly missed.

Sally is reunited in Heaven with her mother Leocadia Retiz, sister Isabel Retiz, and brother David Retiz.

She is survived by her father Natividad G. Retiz; her son Carlos Hernandez; daughter Margarita Retiz; Grandchildren Christian, Jonathan, Julian, Gabriella, Mileena, Juan Angel, Daniel and great-grandchildren Zane, Kenna, Gweneviere AKA Gwenie, Lexie, McKayla, McKenzie, Mariana, Landon, and Champion, sister Margie Diaz, brother Ray Retiz, along with numerous extended family and friends.

Visitation to take place on Friday, July 12, 2024, from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. with a Rosary to begin at 6:00 p.m. Services will conclude on Friday evening.
