Cesar Moreno passed peacefully on February 11, 2022 surrounded by the warmth and love of his family. He was 58 years old. He was born in San Antonio, Texas April 26, 1963. Cesar graduated from Southwest High School, and worked as a painter for many many years. He was a loving and caring person. He always loved to spend time with his grandchildren, hangout with all his friends, drink a cold Budweiser and listen to his music.
