Christopher Anthony Cruz

July 23, 1994 – May 25, 2021

Christopher (Chris) age 26 of San Antonio, Texas was called to be with our Lord and savior. He is survived by his loving son Landyn Peace Cruz, parents Ralph and Carmen Cruz, younger sister Marissa Cruz, his grandmothers Gloria M. Cruz and Anita Cervantes, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Chris is preceded in death by his grandfather's Jesus F. Cruz Sr. and Carlos Guadalupe Recio.

Christopher is a 2012 graduate of William J. Brennan High School. After high school, he played Semi-Pro football for the Do' Ville Tigers where he made many long-lasting friendships, which became the extended family that he cherished. His hard work and dedication that he showed on the field translated to everything else, including his rise to making him the regional sales manager of Alternative Solar.

Those who knew Christopher also knew he had a thing for nice cars. His love for cars began before he even knew how to walk. To say Christopher had a large collection of hot wheels would be an enormous understatement. His new love became spending time with his son Landyn and being a father. When Landyn was born, he became Christopher's pride and joy. Everything Chris did from that day on was to become a better father for his son. The bond shared between him and his sister was something to be truly admired by all. Christopher recognized the everlasting love his parents shared for him and never forgot it. Additionally, Christopher also enjoyed dancing and having a good time with his friends and family. No one was ever a stranger for long. His smile, sense of humor, and laughter will be remembered by all forever.
